The Australian Melon Association Inc, trading as Melons Australia, will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Thursday 14th September 2023, from 2.30pm AEST. We will be holding the AGM solely via video conference to ensure all participants are on the same platform. Below you will find a number of documents, including:

• The AGM Notice to Members – which sets out the formalities for the AGM, including the agenda items to be conducted, information for Virtual meeting attendance, Proxy nominations, registration information to attend the AGM, amongst other important details.

• The Second document is the Nomination Form for people wanting to nominate to be a part of our dynamic and strategic Melons Australia Management Committee (Board). The commitment at present for Board positions is a one hour meeting each month, and other communications as necessary – if anyone is interested, please give myself or Chair Paul McLaughlin (0428 610 055) a call to discuss at anytime if you have other questions.

• In accordance with Rule 11 (3b) of the Association these forms are due to be completed and returned to the Association 14 days prior to the AGM, and therefore the nomination forms are due back to Melons Australia’s Secretary (via secretary@melonsaustralia.org.au and please cc’ myself – execofficer@melonsaustralia.org.au) by COB on Friday 1st September 2023.
