Come and join a free industry presentation where international and national experts will discuss the arrival of a significant new pest to Australia, guava root knot nematode (GRKN), and what it will mean for your business.

Guava root knot nematode (GRKN) has been reported in regions of Queensland and Northern Territory. Its broad host range and high reproductive rate mean that damage can be widespread and control difficult.

National Renewables in Agriculture Conference & Expo

This event brings together farmers, agriculture and energy consultants, peak bodies and Government representatives to share stories of on-farm renewables, their business case and discuss what’s driving the transformation of energy use in agriculture.

Large scale solar and wind developments present opportunities for farmers and regional communities if planned well with meaningful engagement around benefit sharing. These topics plus combining farming and solar, termed agrivoltaics, also forms part of the yearly Conference program.

A farm tour to a solar grazing site will be heldon the 22 June for ticket holders, 9am to 11am. You can purchase tickets as a package with your Conference ticket. The site is 5 minutes drive from Dubbo - we require delegates to provide their own transport to the site.

Hort Connections 2023 will be held in Adelaide, following a highly celebrated Hort Connections 2022 in Brisbane.

Hort Connections 2023 will again adapt to the horticulture industry’s ever-changing needs, and will offer plenty of networking opportunities, champion the trade show, and host the National Awards for Excellence 2023 on Wednesday 7 June.

Hort Connections speakers and exhibitors will showcase the latest research, technologies, and innovations to offer new perspectives on the future of Australasia’s horticulture industry.

Melon Roadshows 2023 – Get your slice of the melon!

The Melons Australia team are hitting the road again in 2023 to bring their Roadshow series to the rest of Australia. Bringing with them industry leading representatives to discuss various areas highlighted as interest by Melon growers ad stakeholders across Australia.

After some brief presentations we will finish the afternoon with some drinks, canapes and time to meet with industry stakeholders.
