Seedless Watermelon and Raspberry Iceblocks

½ large wedge Seedless Watermelon cut into large pieces
½ cup raspberries
1 cup (250ml) water
1 third cup caster sugar
½ cup (125ml) lemon juice
Place Seedless Watermelon, raspberries and water in container of electric blender, cover and blend until smooth.
Stir in sugar and lemon juice until sugar dissolves.
Pour into ice block moulds, insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
