Seedless Watermelon and Raspberry Iceblocks

  • ½ large wedge Seedless Watermelon cut into large pieces
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 cup (250ml) water
  • 1 third cup caster sugar
  • ½ cup (125ml) lemon juice
  • Place Seedless Watermelon, raspberries and water in container of electric blender, cover and blend until smooth.
  • Stir in sugar and lemon juice until sugar dissolves.
  • Pour into ice block moulds, insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
