- 1 rockmelon
- 1 tub of bocconcini
- 12 slices of prosciutto
- Wash the rockmelon, slice in half, and remove seeds from each half
- Use a melon scoop to form 24 melon balls
- Cut each prosciutto slice in half
- Thread alternate pieces of folded prosciutto, bocconcini and rockmelon on skewers
